About mill district studios

Mill District Studios is a collaborative studio work space for individual artists pursuing a craft or a trade. We are located in the Mill District of Columbus, GA, on 2nd avenue. Currently there are 18 individual studio spaces that are occupied by painters, a potter, a jewelry maker, interior designers, and a gallery space in the front.

The space includes a common area classroom that can be booked at no charge for individual art lesson, luncheons, or classes by all current members. In the back of the main building lies a break room for all artists to use at their leisure. Parking is ample with two separate parking lots, one on the north side and one on the south side of the building.

All studio spaces range from 300 sq. ft. to 1,400 sq ft. with some including sinks, windows for natural light, and an individual bathroom.

Currently there is 1,700 sq. ft. upstairs that has been renovated and added unoccupied studio spaces, if interested please contact us for more information on possible available space.
